Can I fly with this bag?
Absolutely. The Jenni Travel Bag 2.0 lines up with carry-on luggage standards around the world, including the rules of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in the United States, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in the United Kingdom, Australia's Office of Transport Security (OTS), the Air Transport Security Authority (ATSA) and the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA). It works for flights in most countries, above all across the Western Hemisphere.
Will it fit under the seat in flight?
JenniBag is a carry-on you can bring on board and keep under your seat. It does not count as checked baggage, so it travels alongside your personal item at no cost. That saves you money and makes travelling with your things far simpler.
How much fits inside?
There is comfortable room for up to 10 days' worth of everyday clothing, plus 2 to 3 crease-free dresses, so you are set for longer stays or a mix of occasions.
Is there a trolley sleeve on the Roller Edition?
Yes. The Classic and the Roller Editions of the JenniBag both have a trolley sleeve at the back. Anything you get in the Classic JenniBag is also part of the Roller Edition. The Roller Edition is the upgraded, premium take on the Classic.
Can the Roller system be added later?
Yes, you can. Our newest Classic Edition, JenniBag 2.0, already has a built-in roller sleeve, so you can start on the Classic and move up to the Roller later. Email our contact page and our team will sort it out.
Does it keep water out?
Yes. The bag uses Oxford cloth with a waterproof surface lining and waterproof zippers. That keeps your things safe and dry through rain or an accidental spill.
Why won't my tracking number update?
Tracking numbers usually go live within 3–5 working days of your order. That happens because the link only switches on at the first checkpoint, the airline center, when your product is handled for its flight. If your tracking number still does not work after 5 days, write to us at our contact page and we will chase your order personally, or check your shipping status on our contact page.
