Why Won't My Tracking Number Update?
Tracking numbers usually go live 3-5 working days after you order. The delay happens because the link only switches on at the first checkpoint - "the airline center" - when your product is handled for its flight. If your tracking number still isn't working after 5 days, please write to us at our contact page and we'll chase your order down personally.
